Abstract
  • This report was commissioned by the King's Fund as part of the process of evaluating the impact and effectiveness of their work in the five development sites of the project. The two questions the report attempted to answer were: to what extent the sites had met the service change targets they set themselves for joint commissioning activities, and the likelihood that these activities would lead to significant and sustainable changes in services; and how useful and effective the development sites have found the support received from the project.
