Abstract
  • This evaluation looked at one corner of one authority's services for people with learning difficulties. North West Thames Regional Health Authority funded People First to do this evaluation in order to ask people's views about what services they were getting, what they wanted, and what was important to them. It is hoped that the report will stimulate other ways of putting service users at the heart of service design and evaluation.
