Abstract
  • The Doncaster nursing audit system attempts to supply a review of the whole range of nursing activity within a health district. This is accomplished using job descriptions for each grade of staff, outlining job requirements and individual responsibilities. The foundation of each audit is a check list for the individual to work through. The aim of the nursing audit system is to achieve the best possible standard of care for the individual patient.
