Abstract
  • This conference arose out of the work that the London Community Health Resource has been doing since 1981 with health groups and workers in London who are interested in community development. The conference gave community health projects and initiatives from all over Britain the opportunity to present their work, and to meet and discuss with the funders and health service personnel who are so important to their continued existence. The report is aimed towards those working with community health projects and initiatives who want to know more about the experience of others and who are or soon will be looking for funding.
